- VEIGREP PÅ</br>VÅTT FØRE I kategorien for «Veigrep på vått veidekke» angir klassifiseringen A til E den relative bremselengden fra kort til lang på et vått veidekke. Et sett med dekk med A-vurdering vil bremse opptil 18 meter kortere enn et sett med dekk med E-vurdering.
- STØYVERDI Utvendig støynivå måles i dB, delt inn i tre klasser, fra A til C, der A står for lavt støynivå og C for høy støyforurensing for miljøet. MERK: Utvendig støy samsvarer ikke fullstendig med innvendig støy i kjøretøyet.
- VEIGREP PÅ SNØ Når det er aktuelt, indikerer symbolet med tre fjelltopper og et snøfnugg (også kalt 3PMSF) at produktet er klassifisert som et dekk for bruk under vanskelige snøforhold i henhold til strenge europeiske lover (R117). Alle Vredesteins vinter- og helårsdekk har 3PMSF-merket.
- VEIGREP PÅ IS Dekk med klassifisering for isgrep er spesielt utformet for kjøring på vei med is og tettpakket snø, og skal bare brukes under ekstreme værforhold.
